The tenkan-sen is below the kijun-sen and both are negatively sloped. Resistance by the tenkan-sen is at $1,956 and by the kijun-sen at $1,973. The cloud resistance is at $1,980-85. As long as gold trades below the cloud, price will remain vulnerable to the downside.
