Правила на Кампанията “Спечелете Лотус от InstaSpot”

1. Общи условия

• • 1.1 Име на кампанията – “Спечелете Лотус от InstaSpot” (от тук нататък - Кампанията).
  • 1.2 Кампанията се организира от InstaFintech Companies' group (от тук нататък - Организаторът)
  • 1.3 В рамките на Кампанията ще се проведат следните тегления:
    • Теглене на Лотус Елиз;
    • Теглене на "Почитни награди".
  • 1.4 Периодът на Кампанията е от 1-ви Ноември 2009 до 27-ми Май 2011 (от тук нататък – периода на Кампанията).
  • 1.4.1. Срокът за теглене на Лотус Елиз е от 1-ви Ноември 2009 до 27-ми Май 2011.
  • 1.4.2. Срокът на “Почитни награди” е от 1-ви Ноември 2009 до 27-ми Май 2011.

2. Участници

• • 2.1. Дееспособни пълнолетни граждани които са собственици на реални сметки за търговия с InstaSpot Company (от тук нататък – Участникът) могат да вземат участие в Кампанията.
  • 2.2. За да вземете участие в Кампанията е необходимо да захраните реална сметка за търговия с InstaSpot с 1000 USD или повече по време на периода на Кампанията и да се регистрирате на уебсайт https://www.instaspot.com/bg/
  • 2.3. Участниците имат правото да се регистрират в Кампанията с повече от 1 сметка и така да увеличат своите шансове за победа. Въпреки това ако администраторите на състезанието засекат повече от 100 сметки регистрирани от едно лице, си запазват правото да намалят броя на сметките до 100.
  • 2.4. Всяка сметка, която отговаря на условието: A – B + C > 1000,00 USD, където A е сумата на захранваниятаот 1-ви Юни, B е сумата на тегленията от 1-ви Юни, C е резултата от търговията, може да участва в тази Кампания.

3. Условия за търговия

• • 3.1. Всички поръчки по непазарни цени ще бъдат отменени.
  • 3.2. Участниците могат да ползват Експертни Съветници и всякакви стратегии за търговия без ограничения.
  • 3.3. Участниците могат да сменят сметките си с такива без суап (и обратно) свързвайки се с отдел поддръжка.
  • 3.4. Останалите условия за търговия са същите като при реалните сметки за търговия на InstaSpot.

4. Определяне на Победителите

4.1. Определяне на победителя от тегленето на Лотус Елиз (от тук нататък – Победителят в Кампанията).

• • 4.1.1. Сметката на победителя ще бъде определена по следната схема: последните 5 цифри от номера на сметката се използват за процедурата за определяне на победителя (без значение дали е 5 или 6 цифрен). Ако тези 5 цифри съвпадат с номера на Лотуса, тогава собственика на тази сметка ще стане победителя и собственик на Лотус Елиз.
  • 4.1.2. Котировките на затваряне на следните валути ще бъдат използвани в Петък, 27-ми Май 2011 в 23:59:
    • Първата цифра от номера на Лотуса – последната цифра от котировката на EURUSD
    • Втората цифра от номера на Лотуса – последната цифра от котировката на GBPUSD
    • Третата цифра от номера на Лотуса – последната цифра от котировката на USDJPY
    • Четвъртата цифра от номера на Лотуса – последната цифра от котировката на USDCHF
    • Петата цифра от номера на Лотуса – последната цифра от котировката на USDCAD
  • В случай, че последната цифра от котировката на двойката EURUSD при затваряне е 0, тогава първата цифра на номера на Лотуса ще бъде втората цифра от котировката на двойката. Ако и втората е нула, то тогава ще се вземе третата.
  • 4.1.3. Ако сметката, която отговаря на изтегления Лотус номер принадлежи на лице, което не е участник в Кампанията, тогава се взима предишната или следващата сметка за Победител. Победителят се определя на принципа на най-големия депозит, което се изчислява по формулата: A – B + С.
  • 4.1.4. Ако две сметки отговарят на изтегления номер – 5 цифрена сметка и последните 5 цифри на 6 цифрена сметка, собственикът на сметката с по-голям депозит (изчислено по формулата: A – B + С ) яе бъде обявен за победителя на Лотус Елиз.
  • 4.1.5. За създаването на еднакви условия за надпревара сред собствениците на стари и нови сметки с InstaSpot, в случай, че първата цифра на Лотус номера е нула, то първата цифра става същата като втората цифра на Лотус номера. В случай, че втората цифра също е нула, тогава първата и втората стават същите като третата.

4.2. Определяне на победителите в "Почитни награди"

• • 4.2.1. Five Accounts-Participants which succeed Lotus-number and five accounts which precede the Winner account will become the winners of the draw "Honourable mention prizes".
  • 4.2.2. The Winner of the Campaign can not be at the same time the winner of the draw "Honorable mention prizes".
  • 4.2.3. The Winner of the draw "Honourable mention prizes" can not pretend to two or more prizes within the framework of the draw.
  • 4.2.4. In case the Winner determination of someone among the owners of these 10 accounts conflicts with the points 4.2.2. and 4.2.3. of these rules the Winner is considered to be the holder of the next account.

5. Публикуване на резултатите

• • 5.1. Statistics of the countries and regions, which registration is made from, may be published.
  • 5.2. Results of the Campaign are published during 7 days after the Campaign and all necessary checks are finished.
  • 5.3. Organizer reserves the right to determine the period of "Prize for every hundred participant" draw results' publication during all the Campaign holding period.
  • 5.4. The Campaign results and report about Awarding ceremony will be published at the web-site https://www.instaspot.com/bg/ and in some TV and printing mass media.

6. Получаване на наградите.

6.1. General provisions

• • 6.1.1. After 20 days of publication the results of the Campaign and drawing the winner and Organizer coordinate the date, time and place of obtaining the prize by phone.
  • 6.1.2. After determination of winning trading account Organizer checks the information about Participant and legitimacy of his/her participation in the Campaign according to the items 2.1. – 2.3. of this regulation. In case some data will turn out to be untrue or if Participant does not have a right to participate in the Campaign, the draw is considered to be invalid.
  • 6.1.3. In case prize receiving procedure (absence of ID, expiration of ID validity and etc.) is violated by the winner Organizer reserves the right not to award the winner.

6.2. Получаване на голямата награда на Кампанията – Лотус Елиз

• • 6.2.1. Lotus may be received in the Headquarters of the company – Kaliningrad (Russian Federation) or Moscow (Russian federation) at the discretion of the winner.
  • 6.2.2. Prize is passed to the winner only after ID checking and signing of the Acceptance Certificate where the following data are written: Full name, date of birth, ID data, contact phone number with country and city code. In case a Winner will not provide this information Organizer reserves the right not to award the Winner.
  • 6.2.3. In case the winner of the Campaign is not able to receive the prize, treaty of cession can be concluded with another person by power of attorney from the winner.
  • 6.2.4. Since the moment of getting the prize the Campaign Participant is responsible for the payment of taxes and other compulsory payments set by the Government.
  • 6.2.5. InstaSpot Company is responsible for car's transportation from the company's head representative office in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation. However, the winner takes responsibility of paying taxes and custom fees.
  • 6.2.6. If at any case the Winner can not come to take the car, he will get $50000 account. The money will not be accessible for withdrawal, but any profit gained of the sum can be withdrawn without limitation.

6.3. Prizes of the draw "Honorable mention prize" obtaining.

• • 6.3.1. The winners of draw "Honorable mention prize" are getting PDA (personal digital assistant). The number of PDA - 10 items, one for every winner.
  • 6.3.2. For prize receipt the winner have to send the scan of his/her ID to e-mail: tournament@instaforex.com or by fax: +7 4012 616265 during 30 days after the contest results' announcement.
  • 6.3.3. Prizes will be sent by post to the address, which were stated in registration form.

7. Final provisions

• • 7.1. Organizer makes arrangements of data protection connected with the Campaign holding from unauthorized access and is not obliged to provide information to the third party.
  • 7.2. The fact of participation in the Campaign in case of victory indicates the Participants' agreement with:
    • The Interview including radio, television and other mass media;
    • Use His/her picture (photos, etc.) by Organizer for advertisement;
    • His/her name can be used by Organizer for advertisement without additional payment;
    • All the copyrights of the advertising materials which were made using mentioned above items are reserved by Organizer.
  • 7.3. All the disputes and disagreements which can appear in connection with the Campaign holding and results are solved by negotiations.
  • 7.4. Participation in the Campaign automatically means acquaintance and agreement with the rules and conditions of it.
  • 7.5. If the winner of the Campaign refuses to follow the rules of it his/her participation is subject to cancellation.

8. Language

• • 8.1. The language of the present rules is English.
  • 8.2. For the Participant convenience, the Organizer can provide the rules in a language different from English. The translated version of the rules is of a merely informative character.
  • 8.3. In case of variant readings of a translated version and the rules in English, the rules in English are considered as a prior reference standard.
