1. 总则

• • 1.1 活动名称 - “高明交易赢设备”(此后称为活动)。
  • 1.2 活动由InstaFintech集团(此后称为组织者)组织。
  • 1.3 活动中进行下列抽奖：
  • 移动设备抽奖：iPad、iPhone、黑莓和三星Galaxy平板。
  • 1.4 活动时间包括三个周期。一个周期持续两个月，期间InstaSpot公司送出四台设备。活动从2014年一月23日开始。

2. 活动参加者

• • 2.1. 拥有InstaSpot公司真实交易账户的成年公民(此后称为参加者)可以参加该活动。
  • 2.2. 为了参加该活动，须在活动期间向InstaSpot公司的真实交易账户中存入至少500美元，并且在注册页面进行注册。
  • 2.3. 参加者有权注册一个以上的账户以增加获奖的机会。但是，如果竞赛管理部门发现超过100个账户注册于同一人名下，其有权将账户数目减少至100个。
  • 2.4. 任何满足要求：A - B + C > 500美元的账户，其中A是自2020年一月1日起的存款总额、B是自2020年一月1日起的取款总额、C是交易结果，都允许参加活动。

3. 获奖者的确定

3.1. “高明交易赢设备”活动获奖者的确定(此后称为获奖者)

• • 3.1.1. 获奖者的账户将由以下方案确定：账号的最后五位数字用作确定获奖者(无论账户是5位、6位、或7位)。如果这五位数字与设备号码相一致，则该账户的主人将获得一台InstaSpot公司赠出的设备，即iPad、iPhone、黑莓和三星Galaxy平板。
  • 3.1.2. 新的设备抽奖开始两周后的23:59分，交易时段结束的时刻，下列货币对的报价将被锁定：
  • 设备号码的第一位 - 欧元兑美元(EUR/USD)收盘价的最后一位
  • 设备号码的第二位 - 英镑兑美元(GBP/USD)收盘价的最后一位
  • 设备号码的第三位 - 美元兑日元(USD/JPY)收盘价的最后一位
  • 设备号码的第四位 - 美元兑瑞士法郎(USD/CHF)收盘价的最后一位
  • 设备号码的第五位 - 美元兑加拿大元(USD/CAD)收盘价的最后一位
  • 3.1.3. 设备号码锁定的日期和时间：
  • 设备1号码(iPad号码)在周期第15天的23-59分*锁定；
  • 设备2号码(iPhone号码)在周期第30天的23-59分*锁定；
  • 设备3号码(黑莓号码)在周期第45天的23-59分*锁定；
  • 设备4号码(三星Galaxy平板号码)在周期第60天的23-59分*锁定；
  • 3.1.4. 如果一个未参加活动的账号符合产生的设备号码，那么获奖者将从与之相邻的账户中产生。获奖账户通过公式 A - B + C 计算的最大存款原则选出。
  • 3.1.5. 如果按照上述方法产生的设备号码与一个5位帐号、一个不包括第一位的6位帐号以及一个不包括前两位的7位数帐号相同，则奖项 - iPad、iPhone、黑莓和三星Galaxy平板，将授予账户中存款最多的一位。最大存款由下列公式决定：A - B + C。参见条款2.4.。

4. 结果公布

• • 4.1. 国家和地区的统计信息可公开。
  • 4.2. 活动结果在活动和所有必要审核完成之后的7日内公布。
  • 4.3. 活动结果发布在官方网站www.instaforex.com上。

5. 领奖

5.1. 总则

• • 5.1.1. 在活动结果公布之后的20天内获奖者和组织者通过电话协商领奖的日期、时间和地点。
  • 5.1.2. 在确定获奖账户之后，组织者根据本规则的条款2.1. - 2.3.检查参赛者的信息和其参加活动的合法性。如果发现不实数据或参加者无权参加活动，抽奖将被视为无效。
  • 5.1.3. 如果获奖者违反领奖程序(缺少身份证件、身份证件过期等)，组织者保留不予授奖的权利。

5.2. 活动大奖 - iPad、iPhone、黑莓和三星Galaxy平板的领取

• • 5.2.1. The Winner can obtain one of the Campaign main prizes only in one of the Company's representative offices in the Russian Federation (Kaliningrad, Moscow, St. Petersburg) or it can be delivered to any part of the world in accordance with the Winner's decision. Reconciliation includes reimbursement by the client of possible additional costs of transporting the prize.
  • 5.2.2. Prize is passed to the Winner only after ID checking and the Acceptance Certificate signing where the following information is written: full name, date of birth, ID data and phone number with a country and city code. In case the Winner does not provide this information, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the Winner.
  • 5.2.3. In case the Winner of the Campaign is not able to receive prize, treaty of cession can be concluded with another person by power of attorney from the Winner.
  • 5.2.4. As soon as the prize is obtained, the Campaign Participant is responsible for tax payment and other compulsory payments set by the Government.
  • 5.2.5. Instead of the main prize of the Campaign - one of the devices including iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, and Samsung Galaxy Tab - the Winner may take the alternative prize: $1250 managed account. This trading account is subject to the special conditions:
  • The winners should open and verify their live trading accounts within 30 days after the contest results are published.
  • The initial deposit in amount of $1,250 is credited to the trading account only after the winner gets the second level of verification for this account.
  • the initial deposit in amount of $1,250 is not available for withdrawal, but any profit made over the bonus funds can be withdrawn without any restrictions.
  • 5.2.6. The Winner agrees that after any withdrawal is made the prize is being cancelled in full amount.

6. 最后条款

• • 6.1. 组织者安排一切与活动相关数据的安全、防止未经许可的访问，并且不向第三方提供相关信息。
  • 6.2. 根据协议条款，组织者可以在广告材料中公开获奖者的姓名。组织者保留所有使用上述项目的广告材料的版权。
  • 6.3. 所有与活动及其结果有关的可能分歧和纠纷均通过协商解决。
  • 6.4. 参加活动即视为熟知并同意活动条款和条件的事实。
  • 6.5. 活动的获奖者拒绝遵守该规程将成为取消其账户参赛资格的原因。

7. 语言

• • 7.1. 当前规则的语言是英语。
  • 7.2. 为给参加者提供方便，组织者提供规则的其他语言版本。翻译版本的规则仅具有传递信息的性质。
  • 7.3. 如果翻译版本与英文版本规则有出入，英文版本的规则将被视为优先参考标准。
