在ISL38.2等静力平衡区域的下边界，次日线微观大规模涨升起点 87.40遭受阻力水平的攻击，紧随其后的是从2023年9月5日开始的本地最高点 88.03的更新，这将决定轻质原油继续上涨行情的发展，最终达到次日线的终点Shiff Line Minor-Daily(89.80)。如果此水平被突破，#CL将能够延续上涨，达到2023年11月7日的最高点 93.74和次日线的中线Median Line Minor-Daily(94.70)。
