Les déclarations des représentants de la BCE et de la Fed, ainsi que le contenu du compte rendu de la réunion du FOMC, n'ont pas eu d'impact sur le marché car elles n'ont apporté rien de nouveau, notamment en ce qui concerne le probable timing du début de l'assouplissement de la politique monétaire. Cela a entraîné une stagnation de l'euro et de la livre.

Aujourd'hui, les données sur l'inflation de la zone euro seront publiées et elles devraient confirmer l'estimation préliminaire déjà prise en compte par le marché. Les prévisions indiquent qu'elles montreront une augmentation de l'indicateur, similaire à celle du Royaume-Uni. En attendant, une baisse pourrait être observée aux États-Unis, ce qui provoquera une nouvelle hausse de la livre. Des facteurs supplémentaires pour sa montée seront l'augmentation des demandes d'allocations de chômage aux États-Unis.

L'EUR/USD a gagné 150 pips depuis son rebond au niveau de support de 1.0700. Cela a partiellement récupéré le déclin antérieur, et rester au-dessus du niveau de 1.0800 devrait probablement provoquer une croissance supplémentaire.

La paire GBP/USD est passée au-dessus du niveau de 1,2600, indiquant une hausse du volume des positions longues. Si le sentiment haussier persiste sur le marché, la paire atteindra probablement le niveau de 1,2700. Mais si le prix descend en dessous de 1,2600, la livre commencera à baisser.
