L'or continue d'afficher une tendance positive aujourd'hui, mais la conviction derrière le mouvement haussier reste faible. L'incertitude du marché, alimentée par les tarifs douaniers annoncés par Donald Trump — dont l'application est prévue pour le 2 avril — soutient les prix de l'or à des niveaux élevés et reste un facteur clé poussant le métal précieux vers le haut. Par ailleurs, la prévision de la Fed de deux baisses de taux de 25 points de base d'ici la fin de l'année alimente encore plus les perspectives haussières pour l'or.

Parallèlement, la Russie et l'Ukraine, après des négociations orchestrées par les États-Unis, ont conclu un accord pour cesser les frappes militaires dans la mer Noire et sur les infrastructures énergétiques. L'optimisme entourant les mesures de relance de la Chine visant à stimuler la consommation soutient le sentiment positif sur les marchés boursiers. Cet optimisme empêche les acheteurs d'or d'engager des achats agressifs.

De plus, certains rachats renouvelés du dollar américain — après un recul de son plus haut niveau en près de trois semaines — dissuadent également les traders de prendre des positions longues agressives sur l'or. En outre, le ton généralement positif du marché pour le risque limite le potentiel à la hausse pour la paire XAU/USD.

Aujourd'hui, les traders devraient surveiller le rapport sur les commandes de biens durables des États-Unis pour obtenir un élan à court terme pour le XAU/USD. Cependant, l'attention principale du marché reste sur la publication vendredi de l'indice des prix PCE de base des États-Unis.

Perspectives Techniques

D'un point de vue technique, la résilience haussière autour du niveau psychologique clé de 3 000 $, combinée aux oscillateurs positifs sur le graphique journalier, suggère que la voie de moindre résistance pour l'or reste orientée à la hausse. Un mouvement au-delà du sommet d'hier près du niveau de 3 036 $ confirmerait la perspective constructive et pourrait potentiellement porter le XAU/USD vers son sommet historique atteint la semaine dernière.

D'un autre côté, le chiffre rond de 3 000 $ continue d'agir comme un support critique et un niveau pivot. Une cassure décisive en dessous de ce niveau pourrait déclencher des ventes techniques, entraînant le XAU/USD vers le niveau de 2 980–2 978 $. Une correction plus profonde pourrait s'étendre davantage vers le prochain support significatif près du précédent point de rupture — ancienne résistance — à 2 956 $.
