Indicatorul ATR Тrailing Stop permite traderilor sa stabileasca nivelele pentru stop-loss in baza nivelului de volatilitate ATR. Aceasta metoda se aplica inca din anii'80 de catre grupul "Testoasele-traderi" si pina in ziua de azi ramane o metoda de suport pentru tradingul pe piata Forex.
StopLoss = Low[0] - 2 * ATR(5, Close[1] - 2*ATR(5), and High[0] - 3*ATR(5)
indicatorul pentru Metatrader ATR Тrailing Stop presupune o singura linie expusa pe diagrama raportului de pret. Aceasta linie indica nivelurile de preturi, conform carora urmeaza sa mutam stop-loss in zona de fara pierderi, in vederea maximizarii profiturilor in tranzactionarea pe trend.
De obicei, pentru fixarea stop-loss, traderii profesionisti aplica se conduc dupa nivelul volatilitatii conform indicelor indicatorului ATR, si in acest caz aplicarea indicatorului tehnic ATR trailing-stop poate fi efectuat in felul urmator: tinand cont de caderea sau cresterea nivelului pretului, indicatorul va desena o line de ascensiune sau scadere, care sa indice nivelul pretului, la care se recomanda de a fixa orderul stop-los. Indicatorul respectiv utilizeaza coeficientul standard de volatilitate egal cu 2.5, care se potriveste optimal pentru majoritatatea pietelor financiare (astfel incat nivelul dtopului se va indeparta de la punctul de intrare la o distanta de 2.5xATR).
Indicatorul respectiv este de suport si trebuie sa fie utilizat la tranzactionarea manuala, deoarece acesata mutare nu modifica indecele coeficientului stop-loss in mod automat.
