You've forgotten your trader password.


Solution: contact our support team for assistance via any means of communication, specifying your account number and code word.
In addition, specify the new trader password you would like to use (6-12 characters in length, must consist of Latin letters and numbers).

You've forgotten your code word.


Solution: contact our support team for assistance by sending an email to
support@mail.instaspot.com or clients@instaspot.com. Please attach a scan of your national ID/driving license and specify the number of your account. Your code word would be either recovered or reset.

You've forgotten your account number.


Solution: contact our support team for assistance by sending an email to
support@mail.instaspot.com or clients@instaspot.com. Please specify your full name and / or the email you used to open your account and attach a scan of your national ID.

Situation 4


You've forgotten your PIN code for money withdrawal.


Solution: contact our support team for assistance by sending an email to
support@mail.instaspot.com or clients@instaspot.com.
Attach a scan of your national ID/driving license and include your account number and code word. Please be sure to specify the new PIN code.

You would like to change the email or any other details specified in the account summary in your Client Area.

support@mail.instaspot.com or clients@instaspot.com. Please attach a scan of your national ID/driving license and include your account number, a code word, as well as the details you would like to change.

Situation 6


You would like to find out some information about your account or change the leverage ratio and account type.


Solution: You can obtain all the information about your account in the Client Area by logging in with your account number and trader password.
You can also change the trader password and leverage ratio as well as enable/disable the Swap Free service in your Client Area.
